OK, as a Nintendo gamer who wil never own a PS3 (though my wife will), this doesn't disappoint ME specifically, but it has to be the biggest overall downer for the gaming communtity. For me, the biggest downer would be Microsoft's failure to bring the 360 down to $299 . |
Disappointing sales - Sales are equalling 360's so far in its life so its not a big disappointment, although not as high as some may have expected
Mismanadged PR - ??
Juggling Models - Making a cheaper 40 gig model was a good move, it sold a lot of systems (quicker than the 20 and 60 gig)
Prices - Prices were only lowered, never raised. How can this be disappointing? this is great
Games not meeting expectations - Sales aren't as high because of low install base, quality is true for some of them but its not like nintendo has no bad games.
OK, as a PS3 owner who will never own a wii...
