I had my Kinect preoredered since early September but they surprised us last week and said we were all going to get a 4GB Kinect bundle and we could upgrade to the 250GB if we wanted. Since that was only $100 I went ahead and did it.
The only bad part is that I lost my $30 credit Amazon was going to give me but I think I'll live. 
So that puts my free console count at:
- 80GB BC PS3 (techincally free, I cleaned out my giant movie collection and rather than buy more movies with the credit and be in the same problem, I just got the PS3)
- 40GB Spiderman Movie PS3 Bundle (traded that in for store credit since I already had the above PS3)
- 4GB Xbox 360 Kinect Bundle (spent $100 to upgrade to the 250GB bundle)
I I had only started work about 6 months earlier I would have gotten a free Wii too.

I forgot you worked for a games company, getting free consoles is certainly a decent perk to have... as well as having a (probably?) enjoyable job
I have had to pay for all my consoles with money earned by very hard work nagging my parents for money
