Ready at Dawn is practically a Sony 2nd party developer, they're composed of some former members of Naughty Dog. The only other games they have developed are the Sony titles God of War: Ghost of Sparta (PSP), God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP) and Daxter (PSP).

They didn't develop Okami Wii. They only ported the PS2 version, that's all.
