Is sony's 2008 lineup as great as some proclaim?

crysis looks better on a $4000 computer then killzone 2 on a $400 ps3. I must say that is impressive.

 heres the problem, crysis might looks bette, but on that $4kcomputer it still has piss poor framerates unless you have tri-sli with 3 8800Ultras. 

I'd like to know what a $4000 gaming computer would have if it didn't have dual/tri SLi Geforce 8800 cards in it ...

a brand name that jacks the price up $800 for the name ie Alienware, Dell, HP, Compact, Voodoo, etc.
