I feel really disappointed in Star Wars. But the demo really pissed me off, and the story seemed really confusing when I read it on wikipedia

If you're buying it for being a Castlevania game then don't if you want a solid action game that really has nothing to do with Castlevania at all other than a tacked on title and last name to the character then go right ahead.

From what you listed though go with Vanquish.
