If he makes up a number like that, something as important to SCEA as the amount of PS3's they've shipped, that would set a very important precedent and we could not rely on his statements to the press any more.

he's just going to say he meant ( US, JAPAN) or (US, UK), he's done it before.

Probably UK and US, they're the only countrys that matter.
