I don't think its biased at all, but there may be a *perception* of bias simply because Sony is doing badly. As a poster said, this site IS (and always will be) biased towards sales. Sony selling badly means lots of bad news - which translates into bad (anti-Sony) forum threads, etc.
Think about it - if an "average" Sony owner/fan comes to this site, and sees all the threads - what will they think?
Maybe the answer is not only segregating the console threads (pro-MS, pro-Sony, pro-Ninty), but splitting the forum posts on the main thread into 3 sections (and clearly titling each of the sections - plus maybe a "other" section for sales, etc..).
