Some games can use two wands. Then there is the subcontroller.So if someone wanted a complete setup they would buy 3 controllers per person for the full experience.

You don't need the nav controller at all...plus the camera is not a controller

I didn't say that. I said for a complete setup. The camera can be used to control aspects of play so technically is a controller.
