This camp kills me:
NSMBW comes with no online, and its has most of net asking why? Wii fans say " we dont care about online"
Now NBA Jam is here with no online.. and waaaaaaaaaaaaabulnece happens
back in the day Ports were another source of wabulence for the camp
now somebody is actually asking for ports!?
this backtalking list can go on forever almost..but its not needed
it seems that the camp doesnt know it wants..or is changing its expectations based on whos name is on the box.
I think the answer is the PS2 ports didnt come because the camp claimed they didnt want em

You committed a felony in your post. You compared apples to oranges. Let me enlighten you. New Super Mario Bros. is a side scrolling platformer. Online gameplay is not needed in that game. Some games are just more fun with others in the room playing with you. Not all games need to Online capable to be enjoyed.
Now let's compare apples to apples. NBA Jam is a sports game and so is Super Mario Strikers Charged and it has online. Mario Sports Mix will have online play as well. Madden NFL 09 , 10 and 11 for the Wii have online gameplay. Why does NBA Jam not follow suit? This is where you need to question EA and ask them why NBA Jam does not have online when most Wii sports games do.
Secondly, EA decided to develop NBA Jam for the HD consoles and included online gameplay. This my friend is the second reason why Wii owners are up in arms. The first reason was mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
PS2 ports would have Wii owners crying foul and I would be one of them. The Wii is a new console and gamers deserve to have new games developed for it. If Nintendo is developing new games for their console then other developers should do the same. Why pay for a Wii when you can purchase a ps2 cheaper and it's games which are much cheaper than Wii games. If games like GTA, Kingdom Hearts, and Kindom Hearts 2 are what you want to play.

YEA! and NBA Jam is one of those games! remeber NBA jam out on the SNES and it was a great party game...without the online, maybe EA was just taking the approach that nintendo took with NSMBW.In regards to online gameplay for HD..its just needed. Online sales HD games and unfortunately HD gamers will most likely dock games that dont have it when they fill it should and would help buy a games just because it had it...that doesnt apply to Wii though because online isnt really a big feature for the console and like stated apparently no cares for it.

That's true to a degree but it's rubbish to say no one cares for it. LOTS of Wii owners use online. GH, RB, nearly every sports titles, FPSs, fighters, brawlers, etc. all have online on Wii. Despite crap talk to the contrary (and ignoring SSBB which admittedly has issues) they work great too. Personally I have never agreed with the people saying NSMBW doesn't need online. I have always felt it absolutely should have had it, and it devalued the game to me to not have it. Without question I'd have gotten more use out of the game, a LOT more, if it was online. Kirby:EY - fine, that one I don't care about being online. NSMBW which everyone and their Aunt Benice owns, YES I want online. Digressing; NBA Jam is an arcade sports title. It's almost unheard of for a competitive Sports title to not have online, even on Wii. Especially when the HD version has it. I can't think on any other multiplatform game (other than the late port of RB) that offered online on some systems but not Wii. It's a lousy precident and a total slap in the face to Wii owners.
