You're not alone. I downloaded it and started playing it on my PSP whilst commuting. I just love the cyberpunk world, the story and the characters.
I remember when I first played it and the first 3-4 hours in Midgar had me hooked. Then all the side-quests, the exploration, the little bits of hidden story you can find to fill in the gaps and the bosses just made for an all round quality gaming experience. I think this and FFVIII are the only 2 FF games where I actually did everything possible.
I've also oddly just started FFX again. Not sure why, I just have.
