Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought LBP2 allowed the creators to change the controls as much as they want - map different functions to buttons, change the physics of how the sackboy behaves, etc.

He means the auto depth perception of the games that play like normal levels, if you are making entirely different games e.g like flOwer, then you can control the controls but if it's just a normal platformer then the controls might be an issue.
