I still think we could get a late term (or even post successor) Wii redesign too, more like NES/SNES/PSOne and less like Genesis/PS2/PS3/360.  Make it smaller/slimmer, bulk up the flash, Wiimote plus, drop the GC ports/compatibility, matte finish (like DSi/XL), Netflix pre-installed, various color options, etc.  Throw in WS/R or NSMB, charge $99, and I think you'd still have a pretty compelling product for 2012 or later (and maybe give Wii a chance yet to tumble PS2's lifetime benchmark).
