Well I was trying to address the situation where she might not have a lot of friends though. I have seen plenty of faithful, nice girls with more male than female friends but not terribly social. Still, I will drop it here because I doubt we actually have anything to disagree about.

I understand the pain, believe me. Consider the whole thing forgotten as far as I am concerned. Sorry for the loss.

I'll just say to the OP that nothing is universal. The girl's behavior has to be judged on a case by case basis because you cannot assume ANYTHING. Obviously, men think differently from women and you have to take that into account.
