who's the one with the conspiracy? You or VGChartz?I find it hard to believe a company that has been doing this for years has screwed up so bad. Each controller is counted as a sale, so 4 controllers plus 2 sub controllers in one house has turned into 6 houses owning it.  Maybe you should try on the tinfoil!
