By looking at what people actually buy? Wow, what a strange idea...
As I already wrote in another thread, the reason for a large difference in numbers is the simple fact that many (if not the majority of) people initially buy the Starter pack (comes without a game in EU) without any move-specific software. That is clearly the case in Switzerland, and was also reported here for Spain. So far, the big shops here get 10:3:2 shipments (Starter packs:Dildos:Navs) - Eye pets/individual cameras aren't even on shelves here.
