Considering that was a launch title bundled with the PS2 i don't think so, it won't even sell half of that. This game has no chance at 4 mil in U.S. The PS3 userbase is almost 1/2 of what PS2 was when GT4 was released, GT4 struggled to hit 3 million in  US alone. This will become the best selling Ps3 exclusive EASILY but i doubt it will exceed 7 or 8 million LTD. The userbase just isn't there.

As in GT3 Numbers for EMEAA aka 5 Mil. That's not exactly out of the question.

But I do agree that GT5 will not sell 10 Mil lifetime and around 7-8Mil is plausible.
