Microsoft lost money this gen. I'm pretty sure, after 2 unprofitable gens their at the point where they just give up. Nintendo will release sometime 2012 Sony will get reaaaaly scared and piece together a last minute next gen console about a year later. Naturally third parties will just make everything multiplat wii 2/PS3/PS4/Xbox 360 games (Their never gunna max out the HD consoles hardware so they can) and wii 2 will get some awesome sales because
A) It's newer. People like getting the newer thing.
B) It will be more powerful (people are stupid. At least a few will follow the specs regardless of any actuall benefits. That'll change when PS4 comes out but, with their headstart Wii 2 should easily stay on top)
C) First party nintendo titles have, on their own, made the fastest selling console of all time. With third parties Sony/Microsoft can't stand up to them. The people who don't like Nintendo games will just buy it cause everyone around them has one. It'll snowball.
