Prison justice for sex offenders. Let the hard men on the inside deal justice to the offenders. The rule of the jungle runs the prisons on the inside. Sex offenders and child molesters are considered the lowest members of the prison population. Sex offenders are usually child victims of abuse who become adult offenders. Vicious cycle repeats itself over and over.
Sex offenders and child molesters are usually kept away from the main stream population. Vigilantism is rampant in prison. Some drugs or a packet of cigarettes would be a small price to pay to shake down or kill a sexual predator.
When the sex offender do come out of prison- vigilantism and retribution awaits their return back to the community. Offenders are actually safer inside prison in isolated prison wings than being released back into the community awaiting vigilante mobs with pitch forks. Databases of known sex offenders leads to vigilantism. There are no real successful rehabilitation of sex offenders, despite what the academics may say to the contrary.
Most people hate the actions of sex offenders and pedophiles. They also have rights in a civilised country that respects human rights. In my opinion they are more than likely safer staying in special prison unit. Releasing them back into community and having their every move tracked and recorded is well worse than keeping them in a safe prison. Criminals are still human beings despite the evil actions they commit.
