Not sure which Xbox game you are referring to, but I just watched a gameplay trailer for Halo 2 and this looks better than it. Lighting and textures are superior imo. It's hard to judge from a brief trailer with quick snippets of gameplay scattered throughout, but to say this doesn't surpass Xbox graphic level is a stretch if you ask me.
