But Metroid was something new, after many years without a metroid... And now Other M needs to find his audience, like Prime did... THIS NEEDS TIME!
I don´t know why people believe, that a franchise, that only sold 2 times more than 2 Mio and a developer, that never sold more than 2 Mio units....Why do you think, that nintendo expecteg this game to reach 2 - 3 Mio units sold? A bad transleted interview is your only source? Sure, they wanted to increase the fanbase, but nintendo doesn´t become blind over night. I´m convinced they considered OM wouldn´t sale much more than 1,2 Mio (like Echoes). And they don´t expected it to sell like mario or zelda now.... So why do you do this?
Fortunately, people in germany and poland like this game much more ^^
