Capcom should just build the base on 3DS by releasing MML1&2 for it before MML3.  Both should easily fit on a 2GB card, hell they could even throw in T.Bonne.

True and this idea has been thrown around at Capcom unity( im a member there) but apparently theres a licensing issue that doesnt allow them to rerelease the 1st 2  on non Sony machines and the only other way around that would be to completely remake them for 3DS but if it CAPCOM 10 years to make greenlight 3 and they still refused a console version.... thers no way there gonna let Keiji remake the 1st 2 annnd 3. So what they plan on doing is up in the air.

Eh... but MML1 was released on N64 and PC even?  MML2 came to PC also, they could just port those versions rather than emulate the PS1 iso (like they did on PSP).
