As far as I'm aware, all items are tied to the owner's accounting, no sharing allowed for psnplus stuff
As for stuff already out, the biggest were InFamous and LBP but now it's mostly PSN games like Sam and Max, Street Fighter HD turbo, obviously, if you are only joining now, you won't be able to download stuff from passed months, just so you know.
PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
