Galaxy 2 sold less than Galaxy one, was not a system seller and sold far, far less than NSMB, that's a flop
Skyward sword hasn't come out yet, but I'm almost 100% certain its not going to push consoles and will sell worse than TP

Of course Galaxy 2 sold far far less than NSMBWii, everybody knew it would. As to selling less than Galaxy, in its first 3 weeks it sold more, but guess what - they had different release months. Galaxy 2 came out end May, Galaxy 1 md November.... so in its 4th week sales exploded, due to Christmas. Galaxy 2 is doing fine. As to a system seller, while it didn't give any big push (after all it's a sequel of a game that most people who were interested in already had a Wii), I am certain that without it numbers would have been worse.
Skyward Sword - we still need to see how the game turns out. If it's a great game, it will sell consoles.

Its not doing fine, it'll probably be outsold by NSMB Wii this holiday as well.
And of course it sold less than NSMB is a reason its a flop and should have never been made
No because then its resources could have gone to actual system selling games
Unlikely, Zelda games haven't sold consoles in a long, long time

So basically every game made this gen, with the exception of 10 games or less, are flops. RIP game industry.

Actually without the Wii and DS, you'd be right the game industry would be RIP, and what games have really pushed the Wii and DS momentum, the big sellers
