It was heavily advertised as PS3 exclusive, so why wouldn't it be?

1- 360 was heavily advertised as 360 exclusive, yet it didn't outsell the PS3 version, FIFA11 it's advertised as a PS3 exclusive because Europe it's Playstation territory, you can see it if you watch the Champions League matches.
