BTW I'd suggest people read this, especially what brain_stew and others said on possibility of UE3 on 3DS and technology behind MT Framework Mobile on 3DS and Epic Citadel, Rage demos on iPhone. Interesting read and saves me a lot of time.
Rein not willing to make UE3 work on 3DS is not about Epic's games really. People that'd like to play GeoW on 3DS are in minority I'd assume, obviously it's about a good licensed engine that could ease game development of other devs on 3DS. And the latter is bad news, but not entirely unexpected.
