@Claude: Be sure that Symphonia 2 is THE mothership title, since it's the sequel to the best sold Tales title.
Not to say Vesperia won't be big, but in general Tales games perform quite mixed. If it's a 360 exclusive, as seems to be the case, it won't be a really big game (but really good for 360 portfolio).

Vesperia is the mothership title, period. ToS-R is the spinoff, yes...it's set to outperform Vesperia but that's still the lead title, just like Innocence. Regardless of platform.

 

You are both wrong.  There is more than one mothership title in 2008.  BOTH are Mothership Titles.  KoR was confirmed a mothership title at Jump Festa and Tales of Vespersia was introduced as a Mothership Title.  The Roadmap was explained as "large bubble representing systems with mothership titles and small bubbles representing systems with escort titles."  The DS and Wii bubbles were large for Tales of Innocence and Tales of Symphonia: KoR respectively.
