I am playing GT5 prologue at the moment, and I find that it's not a great racing game. You just need to find the most powerful car to finish the circuit. The skill alone don't prevail, besides the circuits are very classic. Though, I'll wait the secondhand market to get my hands on GT5.
In the racing game, FZero is the king imho. Period.
