Weird list, but 3 in the top 10 make my top 10! (FFXIII, FFX, MGS4)!
Note: Remember this is made by readers of Famitsu magazine currently, thats probably why you see no SNES games, those people simply haven't played them.

If I would hazard ages I would say the this list was voted by kids around 12-16 years old because most are recent even though a few are in my top 20 of all time list.
