Could 15 million sell (no matter whether they meant sold to retailers or to consumers) applies to the entire WW launch lineup, not just the Japan lineup games. Hence his drawing attentin to the fact that "That's just the Japanese launch line up" even though it was stated in the first sentence.

Well the context didn't really look like a reminder, but oh well.
