Fifa 11 Sold 410K on 360 alone in the U.K.
Around 380K on Ps3.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/gamesblog/2010/oct/04/video-games-chart-top10
Sports Champions best case :
Sports Champions Week 37 = 14,000 Week 38 = 12,300 (-12%) Week 39 = 8,000 (-35%)
F1 stills leading on 360 by close margin , Dead Rising 2 by huge margin.
Reach sold 43K or something like that.
Fifa 11 almost outsold Reach on 360 Alone ... Big WOOOW. Anyway 2nd Biggest launch in UK only behind Mw2 and Soon Black Ops... Because Black Ops is gonna do 1M> alone on 360 like Mw2.
|
Wow, sports champions' numbers are extremely weak , considdering it's the only move game worth buying .Talk about a soft launch.
|
Weak??? Are you kidding???
With this numbers SC should sell over 50k the third week in a row on Europe (near 200k LTD).
It's better than anyone expected.
|
With 8k in the U.K there's no way it will sell 50k in Europe (over 6x the U.K number) . The only official number i see is 34k in 3 weeks in the U.K which could be translated to roughly 40-45k move packs sold in 3 weeks there . That's borderline sad. It's nice to have an offcial number on something move-related so we can talk withoutt BS speculation about its performance. NPD is next !!
|
With 12k in UK it sold 70,992 in EMEAA.
Make maths now.
|
No, i just don't buy VGchartz numbers on this one, it's obvious that they've massively overtracked move and SC numbers and it will further be proven when the September NPD comes (in the case of U.S sales numbers of course) .
|
Why???
For me the Move and SC sales from VGC are undertracked... so why do you think they are over?
|
Because we already have U.K numbers and NOTHING , videogames-related , sells in Europe 6x or 7x of what it does in the U.K . As for the U.S number let's wait for the NPD...
I wonder what kind of crap we would be reading for the U.S market had NPD stopped providing numbers (like they threatened to do ). I bet the ps3 would have "surpassed" the 360 according to some folks. I am still laughing over the anecdotal evidence of last year's black Friday...
|
UK numbers are "gessmations" using the Reach numbers... chart-track didn't relesease theses numbers.
Last year's black Friday what??? PS3 476k, 360 353k... so PS3 > 360.
