Modern Warfare 2 is the bestselling PS3 game to date and also holds the record for the biggest opening week on the system.

The PS3 userbase loves FPS games.

The difference in installed base between the 360 and PS3 at this point is irrelevant. A few million consoles sold less won't be a disadvantage for Black Ops.

It's a third party game.
