GT5 will push hardware for a couple weeks, king of like Halo Reach, but it isn't going to have a massive weekly sales boost.  I honestly can't think of a single game that has ever had an effect that has lasted more than a few weeks.  

And you expect more from Kinect?

Honestly yes. Move and Kinect are designed to boost sales over a longer term than a core/enthusiasts game.
