Also: chaotzu would receive BOTH her dragonballs?  Including the one she is just getting that night?  What if she had guessed Chaotzu?  Who would end up with her dragon ball then?  Chaotzu steals it from her and she steals it back from Chaotzu endlessly... I'd think it would be more sensible that the ones you are getting that night are unstealable. 

But what if more than one person tries to steal a dragonball?  Does it "duplicate" so they both get it?  I'd guess this happens with guessing the random holders, but it's a little weirder when it's an "actual" ball, but that's still what makes the most sense IMO. 

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea ... I just think it needs to be well defined. 

Oh yes, I should answer these questions.

1) If she guessed chaotzu and he guessed bulma, then he wouldn't get a ball and she'd just keep hers. (like canceling each other out)
2) Dragonballs will only duplicate if the person selected is the dragonball holder for the night. Right now, it seems that the very earliest anyone can make a wish is on day 4 (and you will have to be extremely lucky to do so). 

Keep in mind that mafia will accrue dragonballs a lot faster than everyone else because they can share them. If I start everyone with one dragonball. Mafia will most likley be able to make a wish on day 4. Where town wishes will take 'til day 5 or 6. Also, because someone on the mafia might be holding 6 dragonballs. Whoever picks that person may end up taking all of them.

For balance purposes, I'll say that you only get ALL the dragonballs someone holds IF you're the only person targeting them. Otherwise they will be divided up.

OK, so ... this seems like it's giving the mafia a sizeable advantage.  I trust you're balancing it out somehow. 

If someone dies, I assume their dragonballs are just lost?  That seems pretty bad if one townie has amassed a bunch and then dies, especially if he did so by stealing from other townies. 

And I presume the mafia accrue DBs normally, it's jst that they can use them collectively?  So a mafia stolen from/dying would lose their individual DBs in the same way a townie would?
