Over-rated: ugghh Modern Warfare 2 of course. That game took the great Modern Warfare name and took a shit on it, spat on it, puked on it and then threw it in the sewers.
Under-rated: Assassin's Creed. I know it was repetitive as hell but still I think it deserved better than mid-70's even though I still consider mid-70's a good score. I would have given it more like low-mid 80's.
