I'm sorry to hear you have such problems. Maybe through practice and effort you can overcome this issue? It's worth a shot! If the Wii remote helped semi paralyzed kids get back into action, I'm sure the PSMove can help you with your hands.
My only gripe with precision motion controls is the fact that you have to put so much effort into everything you do. To be hoenst, I mostly like sitting down and being relaxed. Being able to waggle a bit is more fun. =P I definitely won't be able to play games like Skyward Sword for long periods at a time.
