but i haft to give MS credit? they spent over $1b trying to fix the problem and i can only assume the slim version is that solution, and it is also said that PS3 slim runs slightly hotter then the 360 slim.

on another note there is no proof that this is being done for sells, and its not the best argument to make against Sony or MS.

 i'm sure they both can provide a patch or update to further fix any problems.

They spent over 1 billion to avoid fixing the problem, they were faced with legal pressure, lawsuits and the possibility of a total recall not to mention their install base was shrinking, and they still didn't fix the console design, they took the cheapest possible way out, it took them 5 years to redesign the 360 in a significant way, thats just pathetic

i agree with you, but i was trying to put a possitive spin on it. read between the lines man.
