I know its looking amazing. Closer to 360 graphics then Wii or GameCube. I liked the fact that they showed MarioKart and other Nintendo titles. I remember seeing the screens and freaking out that they looked sort of pixelated but seeing the product in motion my worries are relieved.

Riiiiight. That racing game looked so much like FM3 it was hard to tell the difference .

While i'll agree RR didn't look impressive... surely you should be comparing this game to RR6 or Test Drive Unlimited on the X360, not on FM3.

Why? If you want to claim graphical equivalence then you should be comparing with the best there is for the genre on each machine. I don't think the best 3DS has in a given genre will stack up against the best 360 has in that genre graphics-wise. Though 360 might be a bit light in the cartoony platformer department so 3DS might win there.

Still I do admit Joelcool7 said "closer to", not comparable with, so that just means 3ds needs to be slightly over the halfway mark between Wii and 360, which could be pretty doable for a 2010 developed / 2011 released handheld.

I was more along the lines of they are both early titles in the console cycle... if the 3DS had a game comparable to a launch 360 title then it's likely in 3-4 or so years it will have games that look like current 360 games.

RR on the 3DS is not one of them, at least not looking at what i've seen so far.
