Gliese 581 has all the good planets. It's been famous before this with both C and D, which are also very interesting.
I'm sceptical about life though (Given our Earth centred 'blinkered' definition of life). They say this new planet is tidally locked, which would mean that it would be constantly baking on one side and freezing on the other. The weather conditions on such a planet would be beyond intense.
I certainly don't think it would be habitable for humans at any rate.
