I think most of the games looked great. Both Resident Evil titles look very good, Metal Gear Solid is great. Street Fighter 4 also looked great, and I wasn't sold on it based on images released earlier. Kid Icarus looks a lot better than the E3 trailer I think. I also love the witch in the art style of Animal Crossing, I think that game looked great. I'm a little dissapointed in Star Fox and Legend of Zelda: OoT as it doesn't look like there has been much of an upgrade from the N64 games in those short clips. Also Ridge Race looks horrible ompared to the rest of the games.
