Prices in GENERAL in Japan are way higher due to their cost of living. At most it'll be $250 and Ninty will probably try to have at LEAST one big game for its launch such as Kid Icarus, Mario Kart, or even just Ocarina of Time. A smart thing to do would be to package it with a chunk of DSI points (like $10 worth) to spend on DSiWare or the VC they've made for the 3DS.
