Regarding from the 3DS support is answer is no. Even less support because if need N6 is HD and games need HD bugdet, then 3rd parties couldn't do their cheap cash in to get money to develop on other platform as they did for the wii.
To be honest, the support of the "core" for 3DS is bad. It's port, port and port (MGS3: PS2, Saint Row: XBLA...) for me. Really few original games from the gound up and specifically for the 3DS. Problem is I got the same feeling for the Nintendo games: OoT, Starfox and Nintendogs. I wonder how the 3Ds could shine by it's own originality as the DS did.
