Certainly excited about it, even if it does only end up being related to Japanese dates. But really I am hoping for some 3DS game trailers. Is that likely or unlikely at this type of event? Is this the same type as event as the conference a few years ago where the revealed Punch-Out!! and a few other titles, or is this a more of a business only meeting?

Given the size of the venue, its HUGE, whatever they're doing (live demos of all games, from first/third parties?) its going to make alot of noise.

Its devs and press only i think. Its def. not JUST a business event, its their own TGS show.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
