I don't think it'll be anything as epic or mind-blowingly grand as some people here seem to expect.
It's a Japan-only press conference sort-of-thing, foreign press isn't even allowed to attend. This is not E3 people, with all the bells and whistles, live video feeds, stands with demo booths and blaring music and trailers.
Most likely Nintendo will reveal some Japan-only facts about 3DS (launch date, price and a few games) and be done with it.
