I don't think I've ever known a game to be released over various platforms with differing game modes on each where at least one platform doesn't have everything.
It's truly bizarre. It's like you'd have to get the Wii version and either the PS3/360 version to get every game mode. Maybe that's what EA want? Two sales per user instead of one...
Edit: Oh, and don't forget the inevitable DLC somewhere down the line...
