The game is indeed bloody and a obscure: For example one of the characters is basically two torsos sewed together. If you made enough damage to your enemies, you can unleash a fatal blow, similar to Mortal Kombat, where you can rip apart their bodies. The amount of blood and gore is exaggerated. There are literally 20 litres of blood spreading around. But, god, the game was awful. Terribly awful. Back then I could understand EA for not releasing such a game. It would have created a big outcry. By today's standards the game could have been actually released. |
I remember getting Thrill Kill as well, although at the time I had no idea it had been canned. If EA had cancelled it because t was generally a poor game then I'd have understood as well, c'os it was pretty poor! I remember one character's finisher was to jump on their opponent and start eating them alive... good times, lol.
OT: Good list.... although it seems odd not having Duke Nukem Forever on it now. I can't believe it's actually gonna release. And the Halo MMO; was that projected budget or actual spend?
