Those carts hold 2GB. Storing movies for a 400x240 resolution screen won't be a problem.


And 2 GB is just the max at launch.  Have you ever seen a cart based console not see a minimum of  a 10 fold magnitude in capacity later on?

For comparison DS cards started out at 32MB max and are currently up to 512MB.  GBA carts started at 8MB max and eventually made it to 32MB.  N64 started at 8MB and went to 64MB.  SNES started at 1/2 MB and grew to 6MB.  If the max for 3DS cards at launch is 2GB, we'll probably see 8GB (min imo) to 32GB or more (max imo) cards before the platform dies... basically it could go from sub-DVD to double layer Blu-Ray capacities over it's lifespan.
