Those are bad ads. But in Microsoft's defense, it isn't easy to make good ads for what they have in Kinect.

It wasn't stealth at all, but it also definitely wasn't a troll.

These are advertisements meant to generate interest and make people want what you're selling, so of course people can't expect everyone to come in here and think these are great. 

These ads sure wouldn't sell me. All I saw were people looking silly, the screen moving really choppy and little to no game to go with it.

I personally liked the GT5 ad shown last week with model cars... others thought it was a bit silly and didnt show enough gameplay.

That ad and these ads are early teasers... to think there wont be other ads later showing gameplay is a bit stupid frankly.

The Japan ad wouldn't work here in New York, i'll tell you that.

 

What the Kinectimals "teaser" showed me right now is that while playing with the Kinect you could at one point be moving your hands around in front of you, then the next thing you know your on your back, on the floor with your hands and feet pointing up.

That wouldn't sell me Kowenicki.

 

What country are these airing in? I hope not where I live.
