What is your basis for this? Japan sales indicate it will be smaller than both Wii Sports Resort and Fit Plus and nowhere near as big as NSMB Wii, which were all beaten by Call of Duty on the 360 last year. Speak of the devil, ioi has predicted Black Ops could sell over 10 million in the first week alone. And as stated in the OP, Wii Party's JP sales won't be counted.
So yeah, no. Wii Party isn't going to smash everything.
I actually voted Wii > 360 > PS3 in the poll, but I'm thinking now 360 will definitely come out on top again.
