As for the myth of sony's publishing power, MS will have published halo reach, fable 3, alan wake and crackdown 2in the second half of 2010 while all that sony has is gt5 .

There's been no hype/advertising for it so nobody has heard of it yet.
Yeah the rest of 2010 doesn't have much, but look at 2011. Killzone 3, Resistance 3, LBP2, Likely Uncharted 3, InFamous 2 and SOCOM 4. Plus whatever's announced at E3 and the other game shows compared to 360 which all we know for sure is coming is Gears 3.

This year sony delayed games that were appearing on several similar lists left and right (socom, LBP2 e.t.c ) and no "new" games that were announced at E32010 were released in 2010 . I predict the same thing happening in 2011 .
As for MS ,Gears 3 and Kingdoms (which will be released in 2011, i am taking bets over that) are the only hardcore games that we know but since gears 3 is coming out soon i am sure that , at the very least , there are games waiting to be announced for holiday 2011 , unless some people believe that MS won't publish a single game in Q4 2011 .
MS will have released Halo reach, Gears 3 and Fable 3 in the timespan of around 6 months which in itself is impressive. I will enjoy these before starting to worry about what MS will have to combat "heavyweights" (and i am being sarcastic here) like infamous 2 and Resistance 3.

Don't disappoint yourself next year with overexpecting things from MS. They are primarily focused on the Kinect right now. It's kind of like the same casual phase Nintendo went through with the Wii.
