But the same logic I've been using can be in turn used to say god exists (and has been, that being that you cannot know god and he/she/it could take many incomprehensible forms). If the idea of god existing in the clouds is one you can so easily disregard, why is it you are so willing to believe in the entire concept of a sentient god? And as for your answer to Reasonable, when their is no evidence to support something existing, yet people believe in its existence, I would say it is for the believers to provide the evidence. If someone said they believed in a 50 ft chimeric creature with a lion for a head, a snake for a tail and the body of a horse, I would most definately ask for evidence. In no way could I disprove the existence of such a creature, yet logic and evidence are to the contrary suggesting it doesn't exist. And lol @ your last post :P |
Because my concept of God is that he present EVERYWHERE, not that he is living somehwere. A God can not be present on only one place in the universe and ignore the rest.
And i believe that no one needs to prove anything. If you believe in God, fine, im sure your hapy that way and you have your reasons. And if you dont believe in God, thats ok too, im sure you have your reasons that i am not going to try to disporve. I was just asking HIM what kind of evidence made him sure in non existance of God., thats all. And 50ft chimeran creature is made out of human imagination. A concept of God ( ANY God) is something humanity believed ever since thier mind was developed enough to ask questions. So they cant be compared.
